Viking round shield with hand hammered umbo and steel bolts

The model features circular ornamental braids related to the Viking period. The shield is enriched and reinforced with steel bolts and a metal hand hammered umbo. The material we are using to create this model is 15mm thick birch plywood due to its lightweight and durability, a wood handle is installed on the back.
This shield is finished with various wood stains, paint, and linen seed oil.
The model can be used as a decorative wall hanger or for historical reenactment, LARP, etc.
