  • Do you do custom orders?
    Yes, we have done a variety of custom orders. If you would like to have a customized item, do not hesitate to contact us. We can help your idea flourish and create together a one-in-a-kind item.
  • Where do you ship to and what are the delivery times?
    We ship worldwide however depending on your location, the shipping transit time may vary. Furthermore, the time required to prepare an order for shipping is up to 3 weeks after purchase, as it involves a lot of crafting stages and manual work. We give our best to perfect every detail prior to sending your order. The transit time is usually as follows: Europe: 5-7 working days USA and Canada: 2-3 weeks Rest of the world: 3-4 weeks
  • Where can I track my parcel?
    Your parcel can be tracked using the tracking number and link we provide after shipping. You can also use this universal tracking site www.17track.com
  • Can I cancel or return my order?
    We accept both returns and cancellations. In case you would like to return your parcel, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item has to be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. A cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept exchanges. If there are any problems with your order, contact us immediately.
